Congratulations to our 2024-2025 Lady Mustangs for coming in runner-up at the district elementary basketball tournament. We are so proud of their accomplishments on the court and in the classroom.

South Elementary School has been named a Reward School by the Tennessee Department of Education for 3 consecutive years!! 

Kindergarten and First Grade students recently took a field trip to Chickasaw State Park where they learned about West Tennessee wildlife. They also enjoyed hiking on the nature trails!

"South is so much more than a school. This place is home. It's a place where children feel safe and can learn. I love South because we are all one big family. We care for the children and one another. South will always hold a special place in my heart."
